Experience Hall

Pre-Packaged Snack Stations
Draw traffic to your booth by hosting a fun snack station in near booth during Experience Hall hours. Each snack station is limited to one per day and available first-come, first-serve. Snacks can only be purchased through ENA. Other catering orders will not be permitted. Stations are available for Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Charging Station
Promote your products and services in and around the highly visible and frequently used Charging Station Lounges. These lounges are the space attendees seek out most to recharge their phones and themselves. The stations will be equipped with modern, comfortable seating and plenty of charging ports. Both standard and USB outlets will be available. Hurry, only a few branding opportunities are available in this sought-after package!

Professional Headshot Lounge
Give Emergency Nursing 2022 attendees publish quality photo headshots, perfect for social media accounts and resumes. Attendees are greeted and serviced by makeup artists to ensure they look their best. Headshot Lounge is "brand immersion" at its best. Each guest will spend around 15 minutes in the Lounge.

Dog Petting Lounge
Wagging tails, fluffy fur and unconditional love. The ENA Dog Petting Lounge is sure to bring joy to conference attendees. The concept is simple - attendees can stop by the ENA Together Booth for some dog play.

Relaxation Station
One of the most tranquil places on the Experience Hall floor is the Relaxation Station, located within the ENA Together area. Professional massage therapists will provide complimentary 10-minute chair massages to help attendees relax and rejuvenate. Sponsorship includes promotion on the Conference App and prominent signage around the area. The massage therapists will also wear a t-shirt branded within your company’s logo. The sponsor has the option to hand out literature and/or items to participants if requested.

Networking Reception

Leadership Reception
Sponsor this year’s Leadership Reception and provide an evening of excitement for over 500 attendees including state and chapter leaders. The reception will include food and beverage as well as dancing! Sponsoring this reception allows your organization to greet participating attendees through handouts as well as a 3-minute speaking opportunity. ENA will promote this branded reception in conference materials.

Welcome first-time attendees to Emergency nursing through the Attendee Meet & Greet! This 45-minute, branded reception will be an opportunity for new attendee’s network and meet other members. ENA will promote this branded reception in conference materials. Estimated attendance of 100+ first-time attendees.

Course Instructors Mimosas & Mingle
Place your branding on one of the most anticipated networking events at EN22, Course Instructors Mimosas & Mingle! This 60-minute, branded reception has everything – mimosas, light breakfast, trivia, prizes, a raffle, and most importantly, networking! Sponsoring this reception allows your organization to connect with participating course directors, ENA leaders, and attendees through handouts as well as a 3-minute speaking opportunity. ENA will promote this branded reception in conference materials. Estimated attendance of 350+.

ENA After Dark Reception
ENA attendees will come together for drinks at ENA After Dark to mingle, share stories and discuss favorite sessions. Sponsor representatives may greet attendees and attend reception. Sponsor representative may give brief welcome remarks (3 minutes). Sponsor may distribute collateral. Sponsor logo on branded cocktail napkins and reception signage. Sponsor will be recognized in mobile app push notification promoting the event. Sponsor will be provided a limited number of drink tickets to give to attendees (cash bar). Sponsor will be provided lead retrieval data for all reception attendees.

Branding Opportunities

Pre-show Attendee List
You will have reach and access to all Emergency Nursing 2022 registered attendees including email addresses (opted-in only). The attendee list will include registrations as of September 9 and will be distributed the week of September 12 for a one-time use.

Registration Bag Insert
Your company’s post cards, brochures or small give a ways can be placed inside the official conference registration bag and distributed to all conference attendees. Sponsors are responsible for insert art and design, production and shipping costs. Materials must be approved by ENA prior to printing.

Payment Method & Deposit Information

ENA will issue a sponsor invoice after Sponsorship Application & Contract submission. The balance must be paid net 30 days after the invoice has been sent. All payments must be received by Friday, September 3, 2022, regardless of when the contract is signed and invoice is issued.

Credit card payments can be made online using American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Sponsors should use the secure link on their invoice to pay by credit card.
