Industry Supported Education Opportunities

Thought Leadership opportunities at Emergency Nursing 2022 are unique occasions to show your team as influential opinion leaders in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

Industry Symposia

Highlighting situations and solutions, Industry Symposia will bring everything to light in 90-minutes. During these dynamic sessions, industry partners will share real situations, results, and potential solutions for attendees. Industry Symposia will highlight incredible efforts that are being made throughout the life sciences continuum. These limited number of Symposia will be scheduled each day of the live event and will not conflict with ENA educational sessions.

Industry Symposia include the following standard A/V package as well as recognition in conference materials and signage.

Meeting room projector & audio kit
Screen kit (appropriate size for room)
Podium Microphone
(2) Wireless Microphones with Stands for Q&A
Slide Advancer/Laser Pointer

Sponsors are responsible for managing attendee registration and any costs associated with additional A/V or food and beverage orders.

Insights & Innovation is an opportunity to speak directly to ENA conference attendees in a designated area on the exhibit floor. These short, interactive drop in sessions run for 30 minutes. Seating, a podium and a monitor are provided.

Learning Bites

Learning Bites is an opportunity to speak directly to ENA conference attendees in a designated area in the Xperience Hall. These short, interactive drop in sessions run for 15 minutes. Seating, a podium and a monitor are provided.

Payment Method & Information

ENA will issue sponsor invoices as applicable. Sponsors will remit full payment of the Sponsorship Fee with their Industry Supported Education Application & Contract. The remaining balance must be paid net 30 days after the invoice has been sent. All payments must be received by Friday, September 3, 2022 , regardless of when the contract is signed and invoice is sent.

Credit card payments can be made online using American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Checks must be payable to ENA and can be remitted to the following address via the U.S. Postal Service:
