By submitting this Application & Contract, my company agrees to abide by all terms as printed in the DIA Global Annual Meeting Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations for all sponsorships. I have the authority to execute this agreement on behalf of my company and agree not to challenge the validity of this electronically signed contract.
*Cancellation Policy – Any cancellation of sponsorship must be made in writing to DIA/Smithbucklin using the address listed in Section 1 of the Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations. Alternatively, cancellations may be directed via email to DIA@smithbucklin.con or Sales Representative. In the event that this Agreement is terminated under any circumstances no portion of any payments of any kind whatsoever will be refunded. No refunds on any amounts will be given for early termination by the sponsor.
