Payment Method & Deposit Information

DIA will issue sponsor invoices as applicable. For contracts signed prior to March 31, full payment of the Sponsorship Fee must be received net 30 days after the invoice has been sent. After March 31, full payment of the Sponsorship Fee must be received with the Sponsorship Application & Contract.

Credit card payments can be made online using American Express, MasterCard or Visa. 

Exhibitors who choose to pay by ACH/wire must email DIAAccounting@smithbucklin.com for remittance instructions.

DIA 2022 Global Annual Meeting - Contract Submission

Consent:

By clicking on "Acknowledge and Submit" below, you are providing DIA with your express consent for DIA to use your personal data as follows:

  • DIA uses the data you provide to inform you about the Global Annual Meeting and DIA events, products or news that may be of interest to you, and such other purposes which are within the scope of DIA's exempt purpose and mission; and DIA shares the data you provide with official third party vendors in order to process your registration, to make you aware of goods and services you may need to execute your exhibit, to perform analytics on behalf of DIA in connection with the Global Annual Meeting, and for such other purposes as DIA may approve from time to time.


Acceptance & Signature:

By submitting this Application & Contract, my company agrees to abide by all terms as printed in the DIA Global Annual Meeting Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations for all sponsorships. I have the authority to execute this agreement on behalf of my company and agree not to challenge the validity of this electronically signed contract.

*Cancellation Policy – Any cancellation of sponsorship must be made in writing to DIA/Smithbucklin using the address listed in Section 1 of the Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations. Alternatively, cancellations may be directed via email to DIA@smithbucklin.con or Sales Representative. In the event that this Agreement is terminated under any circumstances no portion of any payments of any kind whatsoever will be refunded. No refunds on any amounts will be given for early termination by the sponsor.
