2023 ABA Exhibit Contract

This document, when signed by Exhibitor consummates a binding legal agreement. The American Burn Association agrees to review the Contract and assign your company exhibit space consistent with show eligibility requirements and policies. By the signature on the last page, the individual signing this document warrants that he/she is authorized to execute this contract on behalf of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor agrees to be bound by the information and terms stated in the Terms & Conditions agreed to on the last page.

Please note that for any booths larger than a 10x20, a corner booth is required. For example, if your company would like a 20x20 booth, you would calculate as (4) x corner booth.

Booth rate X number of of 10x10 booths plus all applicable corner fees. Contract fees to be adjusted post space assignment pending final selection of corner or inline booth.
Contracts submitted prior to space selection will be assigned during space selection appointment times.

Payment

We will send an invoice and instructions on how to pay for your booth & sponsorship items shortly after we receive your signed contract.

Invoices will be sent following space selection.
