Sponsor logo to be included on the opening page of the orientation webinar along with a 60-second message to our virtual attendees.

Showcase your company with this fun and interactive sponsorship. Sponsor to provide video to play within the virtual lobby for one day of the virtual event. Video will also be distributed in that day's daily email. Video subject to NAON approval.

Platform Push Notification
Grab attendee's attention with a sponsored platform push notification! Your custom message will reach all those attending the virtual event. Content of message subject to NAON approval and will be sent at a time mutually agreed upon with NAON. Final decision of release of this message is at the discretion of show management.

EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES

Opening Keynote Speaker
Kick off the NAON 41st Annual Congress for virtual attendees by sponsoring the highly anticipated opening keynote speaker! Sponsor receives logo recognition on the NAON website and within the platform. Sponsor will also have the opportunity to record a welcome/intro video to play before the Opening Keynote. Promotional video provided by sponsor and subject to NAON approval.

Pre-Session Commercial
Create a short commercial that will be played at the beginning of sessions. As attendees get ready for their virtual session, they will see your branding and message. Commercial subject to NAON approval.

ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Vendor Symposia
Host a virtual morning or afternoon symposium and speak directly to your target audience of orthopaedic decision makers for an unobstructed 45-minutes. Time slots are available on a first-come, first-service basis. UberEats gift cards (or equivalent) for each participating attendee is included in the sponsorship fee. Gift cards to be distributed within 24 hours after the vendor symposia. NAON will include symposia as an add-on for attendees to select during the registration process and will provide attendee list to sponsor. Each Vendor Symposium has a 200 attendee limit.

Virtual Focus Group
NAON will assemble up to 15 attendees from the member demographic of your choice to participate in a guided virtual discussion to provide feedback about your company’s product or services. Focus Groups will be scheduled over breakfast and lunch hours. Attendee will receive a $50 participation incentive provided by NAON.

Virtual Innovation Product Theaters
Sponsor can showcase their product in a 15-20 minute showcase during exhibit hall hours. Sponsor to receive platform push notification and list of attendees who attended the session (post-conference).

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Virtual Happy Hour - Mixology Class
Shake up Congress by hosting a virtual Mixology Class with a professional mixologist. Provide NAON attendees the tools and skills to create their favorite cocktails or mocktails right at home! Recognition in marketing materials for event, opportunity to provide branding for mixologist bar and a 30-second introduction at the beginning of the event.

Virtual Coffee Break
Treat attendees to a coffee break! NAON will provide a digital coffee gift cards to the first 400 virtual attendees (non-exhibiting) via email that will include your messaging and a banner advertisement. Sponsor will also receive recognition in a daily email promoting the coffee break and encouraging attendees to learn more about your organization. If sponsor chooses to provide a coffee gift card to all attendees, additional expenses will apply.

Prize Patrol - Exclusive
Drive traffic to your virtual booth by hosting this attendee-favorite game! Attendees will visit participating exhibitor booth at a designated time to answer a trivia question! Sponsor can giveaway a branded promotional item in addition to the $50 gift card to the first attendee with the correct answer. Promotional item provided by sponsor and subject to NAON approval.
